In 1979, struggling with the choices available to her elderly grandmother, Meg Parker Conners opened the first Victorian Residential Home. As a registered nurse with a background in geriatric nursing, and partnering with her parents, Meg created an environment where her grandmother received the care she needed without sacrificing dignity or comfort. Since that time, Victorian Residential Care has faithfully adhered to Meg’s commitment to provide the kind of care she wanted for her own grandmother.
Meg Parker Conners, R.N., (right), has extensive experience with all facets of geriatric care. She is committed to providing a beautiful, dignified, peaceful environment where elderly residents can feel safe, comfortable and independent.
Julie Conners, Director of Operations (left), began her work in geriatric care over ten years ago as a care manager and client care coordinator for a home health care company. She has a deep understanding of the issues that often arise later in life.
In addition to Meg and Julie, there are many wonderful people who make Victorian a “home.” We look forward to introducing you to these amazing people during your visit to our office or one of our houses.
